這次再訪Ubud，停留的時間比較長，是因為想要Explore一下不同老師的breathwork workshop。
回溯我為什麼突然想要深入了解多些breathwork，原因有两個。
幾年前在vipassana centre(靜觀中心）的十天靜觀，讓我第一次感覺到思緒竟然可以如此清晰，心境澄明，眼睛通透，沒有腦霧。
有一段日子我會形容為活在漩渦中，稍一失神就會被捲進去，幸好有小草的韌性，會嘗試不同的方法把自己拉回來。
想起了呼吸法，上網東看看西找找，發現了Wim Hof，又跟著他的視頻試試。
一向有實驗精神的我就展開了嘗試不同老師的workshop。
第二個原因，作為一個普拉提老師，每天教不同人做運動，但眼見很多學生欠缺最基本但最重要的
「臨在」。「當下」。
我邀請大家都是還原基本步吧。
於是我想從不同老師身上面學習。
今天參加了Dirk Hamelijnck的Inner essence breathwork。

This time, I am staying in Ubud for a longer period because I want to explore different breathwork workshops with various teachers.
Looking back, there are two main reasons why I suddenly felt drawn to deepen my understanding of breathwork.
A few years ago, I spent ten days at a Vipassana meditation center. For the first time in my life, I experienced an incredibly clear mind, a serene state of being, and an unobstructed vision completely free of brain fog.
Later on, there was a period of time that I can only describe as living inside a whirlpool. If I lost focus for even a second, I would be dragged under. Fortunately, I possess the resilience of a blade of grass; I kept trying different ways to pull myself back up.
That was when I remembered breathwork. I searched around online and discovered Wim Hof, and I started practicing along with his videos.
Guided by my natural spirit of experimentation, I began this journey of exploring workshops with different teachers.
The second reason stems from my work as a Pilates instructor. Every day, I guide different people through movement. Yet, I notice that many students lack the most fundamental and crucial element: presence. Being in the now.
I want to invite everyone to return to the absolute basics.
And so, I decided to learn from the unique perspectives of different teachers.
Today, I attended the “Inner Essence Breathwork” session with Dirk Hamelijnck.
