香港飛到登巴薩，坐香港航空，凌晨兩點機，整晚在機上幾乎沒有睡過，翌日早上7時許到埗後仍要坐一小時四十五分鐘車才到達今次在Ubud的Home stay。人已經三魂不見七魄了。
一到Home stay，被這裡的環境與老闆治癒了。預訂這間房有稍稍看過評價，亦知道老闆懂靈氣（Reiki），但沒有奢想過他會無償幫我Healing呢，而且一做就是20分鐘，老闆沒有欺場。完成能量清洗，老闆簡單講解他幫我aligned 七脈輪，讓我的能量能夠與這個自然環境和諧，亦讓我可以Access大自然的能量。之後還拿出2013年完成靈氣Training的證書給我看。其實我對靈氣的認識只有皮毛，亦沒有找過什麼人正式做過。但純以與一個陌生人第一次見面，就願意分享那麼多，我感到難得。
到埗就遇上這些好人好事，感謝上天眷顧。
明天一早想要再訪Intuitive flow的sunrise yoga，需要5點多就起床，後補room tour：）
