熱衷於自我成長與自我探索，教瑜伽、普拉提、研究占星心理學，為的都是搞懂自己和與這個世界的關係。
與其說喜歡旅行，不如說我不能只待在一個地方，喜歡到不同地方，與人連結，像當地人一樣生活。
偶爾會懷疑人生，問意義何在，後來發現愈問愈懷疑，忘記了當下，欣賞舒國治的生活態度。《流浪集》中有一句說話「做你自己，世界自然會供養你」。
將不定期舉辦旅行團，不追求打卡與熱門景點，行程輕鬆。如果你渴望與當地人連結，看見不同人的生活方式，跟我一起出發吧！或許還能在旅程中收穫一段友誼呢。
Deeply passionate about self-growth and exploration, I teach Pilates,yoga and study psychological astrology. For me, these aren’t just practices—they are pathways to truly understanding myself and my relationship with the world.
It’s not so much that I love traveling; it’s more that I simply cannot stay in one place. I am drawn to moving around, immersing myself in different corners of the world, connecting with people, and truly living like a local wherever I go.
Every now and then, I find myself questioning life, wondering the PURPOSE of myself. But I eventually realized that the more I asked, the more lost in doubt I became—and I was forgetting to just live in the present. That is why I so deeply appreciate the philosophy of author Shu Guozhi. In his book The Wandering Collection, he writes: “Be yourself, and the universe will naturally provide for you.”
Moving forward, I will be hosting occasional, slow-paced retreat. These trips aren’t about checking off tourist hotspots or rushing to popular photo spots. Instead, they are about taking it easy. If you long to truly connect with locals and see how different people live their lives, come along with me. Who knows? You might just bring home a beautiful new friendship.

香港的工作與生活環境太壓抑，想找個地方放空躺平，好好休息充電。但一個人的旅程，沒有人分享，去餐廳食飯又不能點多幾樣食物。不想計劃行程，但參加旅行團又走馬看花十分疲累。
為什麼要跟我去沙溪？
沙溪是我過去三年，每年都會去一次的地方。我將之視為，每年總結與迎接新開始的靜修之地。Retreat的設計亦盡量讓大家感覺Recharge。我所挑選的民宿，不是最豪華，但你會有回家的感覺，因為主人廚藝了得，對煮食有執著與熱情，五臟六腑得到安慰是旅程中滋養自己其中重要一環。民宿的衛生程度亦讓你放心。主人亦來自香港，大學時修讀藝術設計，所以民宿的空間設計都充滿人性化，貼心又賞心。
